Each wedding or event is different but we find we use our rustic wooden bars almost all of the time.

​

As a general rule there is no charge for us to bring our bars, fridges and other equipment when we’re serving at your wedding or event.  All that we require is a £300 deposit (£100 to secure the date) and a minimum bar spend of £1500. This is easily achievable as long as there are a minimum 70 guests. We can attend with fewer guests as long as the balance up to £1500 is paid. Drinks can be given out to this value too.

Wedding Package 1 - £11.50

1x reception drink per guest of Prosecco, beer, soft drink or a combination, 2 glasses of standard wine (Sauvignon blanc, Pinot Grigio or Merlot usually) or soft drinks, water on tables & a toast drink of Prosecco.

Wedding Package 2 - £13.50

2x reception drinks per guest of Prosecco, beer, soft drinks or a combination, 2 glasses of wine or soft drinks, water on tables & a toast drink of Prosecco.

Wedding Package 3 - £17.00

2x reception drinks per guest of Prosecco, beer, soft drinks or a combination, 2 glasses of wine (higher standard of wine such as NZ Sauvignon blanc, Campo Viejo Rioja etc.) or soft drinks, water on tables & a toast drink of Prosecco.

Wedding Package 4 - £19.50

2x reception drinks per guest of Prosecco, beer, soft drinks or a combination, 2 glasses of wine (higher standard of wine such as NZ Sauvignon blanc, Campo Viejo Rioja etc.) or soft drinks, water on tables & a toast drink of Champagne.

2x reception drinks per guest of Champagne, beer, soft drinks or a combination, 2 glasses of wine (higher standard of wine such as NZ Sauvignon blanc, Campo Viejo Rioja etc.) or soft drinks, water on tables & a toast drink of Champagne.

 

The above are all per person and all includes nice glassware: Flutes x 2, wine glass x 1, water glass x1 & 1 x carafe or jug per table.    

All of the above will usually be delivered in advance when we set up (usually the day or two before).
