How far do you travel?
We usually travel up to 80 miles ( or 2 hours) from SY21 0PU, but please get in touch if you are further away.

Do I need to hire glasses or do you bring them?
We always bring a good stock of glasses including: Wine, 1/2 pint, pint, juice, shot, bomb & spirit glasses. These are usually plastic for safety and convenience, but we can always advise of local hire companies. For any drinks packages, we bring nice glass flutes, wine glasses, water glasses & jugs or carafes.

My guests drink large amounts. Will you bring enough to drink?
In addition to the large stock we can hold in the fridges, we also always bring a van that acts as a store room and cellar. In all the events we have been to we have never run out! For larger events we recommend the hire of a chiller trailer.

Do you bring staff and are you licenced?
Yes. We have a good team of very friendly staff who can serve all your drinks quickly with the minimum of fuss.
There will always be somebody present as a point of contact and we can advise on a Temporary Event Notice to comply with current licensing regulations, if no premises licence exists.

How many can you serve?
A typical wedding bar or private party bar sees around 80-300 guests and we can serve this many people with ease. For larger events running into the thousands, we have the space to easily increase capacity. We also usually have the option to bring additional bars.

Can you arrange Welcome, Toast drinks or Table wines for my guests?
Yes. We offer a wide variety of cost effective different packages for guests and people often use these for their guests welcome drinks. Please let us know your reuirements and see Hire Costs for examples. You can choose whatever combination of drinks you want and we aim to be as flexible as required. An example includes: Welcome drinks of Prosecco & or bottled beer, 1/2 bottle of wine on the table per guest, water on table plus a glass of toast Prosecco for £10 per guests including all glassware.
How much space do I need for an inflatable pub?
Our inflatable pubs are 20 x 13 feet but you will need to allow space of a few metres around as a minimum.
We can inflate them in 10 minutes but then require a few hours to set everything up with the bars.
